JH Home Designs is a home plan design and drafting company based in Ponoka, Alberta.  With a diverse staff consisting of an Architectural Technologist and residential construction professionals certified in various disciplines you can be assured that we will always produce home plans of the highest quality regardless of the complexity of your project.


JH Home Designs offers both Stock Plans that are available for purchase “as-is” (or with modifications) as well as a custom home plan design and drafting service.  Our portfolio includes everything from urban narrow-lot starter homes to multi-story executive homes.  Our inventory of available plans is constantly growing so check back often to see what’s new.  If you can’t find what you are looking for let us know what your requirements are.  We may have a plan that suits your needs that is not on the website or you may want to consider our custom design service.
